All game servers ordered through Command Server Hosting are provisioned automatically within 60 seconds following payment confirmation.

Once deployment finishes, you will immediately receive an email containing your server IP, port, and your direct credentials to log into Stasis Panel.

You can access your server control panel at https://stasis.commandservers.com or by clicking Stasis Panel in the top navigation bar.

• Seamless Single Sign-On (SSO): You can log in directly using your main CSH client account credentials.
• Direct Link: From your client dashboard under My Services, click your active server and choose Log In to Panel.
• Password Resets: If you ever forget your panel password, navigate to the panel login screen and use the password reset link or trigger a password reset through your billing dashboard.

StasisVC is our built-in 3D directional proximity voice chat engine for BeamMP servers, located under the Voice Chat tab inside Stasis Panel.

1. Install the Telemetry Mod: Open the Voice Chat tab on your BeamMP server and click Install / Update Mod. Stasis automatically deploys the server-side Lua telemetry plugin into your BeamMP Resources/Server/StasisVC directory.
2. Share the Room Link: Copy your server's unique room join link or 6-character Room Code (e.g. B4X9-VC) and share it with your players. Players open the link in any web browser or mobile device—no client mod downloads required.
3. Tune Spatial & Studio Audio: Adjust your Max Proximity Radius (up to 500m), Reference Distance (full-volume range), Master Volume Boost, and toggle 3D HRTF Spatialization or global radio mode in real time.
4. Live Moderation: View connected players' live XYZ vehicle coordinates and mute or disconnect disruptive speakers directly from the panel.

Every Minecraft server in Stasis Panel includes a dedicated Players tab that reads both live RCON data and offline world NBT player files:

• Live Roster & Vitals: View online and offline players with 3D/2D skin avatars, health bars, hunger, XP levels, world dimensions, and exact XYZ coordinates.
• Instant Gamemode & Moderation Controls: Switch any player between Survival, Creative, Adventure, or Spectator, or click Heal & Feed, Grant/Revoke OP, Whitelist, Kick, or Ban.
• Interactive 36-Slot Inventory & Ender Chest Editor: Click any player to inspect their Armor slots, Offhand, 27-slot Main Inventory, 9-slot Hotbar, and 27-slot Ender Chest. Right-click or click the remove icon on any slot to clear items immediately.
• Creative Item Catalog & Server Mod Detection: Search thousands of Vanilla items or automatically indexed items from your server's installed Forge/Fabric mods (/mods/*.jar), set stack quantities (1, 16, 32, 64), and drag-and-drop them directly into any inventory slot.

CommandPlus is built directly into Stasis Panel under Addons → CommandPlus—no separate portal required.

• Custom IP Subdomains: Enter your desired prefix in the Custom IP card (e.g. myserver.cmdservers.net) and click Create. Stasis automatically provisions the Cloudflare DNS records and SRV port bindings.
• Dynamic Perk Sliders: Use the interactive sliders for RAM Boost, Extra Storage, Extra Allocations, and Extra Databases to assign resources from your global CommandPlus pool to any server and click Apply.
• Loyalty Tiers: Your global perk pool automatically scales from Starter to Established (3+ Months), Veteran (6+ Months), and Legend (12+ Months) at no extra cost.

Stasis Panel is our custom-engineered server control environment. Along with StasisVC, Minecraft Player Manager, UltraSwap, and CommandPlus, every server includes:

To transfer large modpacks, world saves, or custom map folders, we recommend using an SFTP client such as FileZilla, Cyberduck, or WinSCP.

1. Open Stasis Panel and navigate to your server's Settings page.
2. Look for the SFTP Details box displaying your Host, Port, and Username.
3. In your SFTP client, enter:
   • Protocol: SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)
   • Host: As listed in your settings (e.g. node.cmdservers.net)
   • Port: 2022 (standard Stasis SFTP port)
   • Username: Your Stasis username prefixed with your server identifier (e.g. user.2e27f0e6)
   • Password: Your Stasis Panel account password

BeamMP requires a free authentication key to appear on the official public server browser.

1. Log into the BeamMP Keymaster with your Discord account.
2. Generate a new server key and copy the key string.
3. In Stasis Panel, navigate to Startup and paste the key into the AUTHKEY variable.
4. Custom Modded Maps: Upload your map zip or folder to /Resources/Client via File Manager or SFTP.
5. Stasis Panel includes our Auto-Detection Map Selector on the Startup page: it scans your installed mods, detects map names (e.g. Sumter Speedway, Gridmap, West Coast), and automatically configures the map target.

We support all Minecraft editions including PaperMC, Purpur, Vanilla, Fabric, and Forge.

• Switching Version / Jar: Go to the Startup tab and adjust the SERVER_JARFILE or MINECRAFT_VERSION variable.
• Installing Plugins: Upload your .jar files directly into the /plugins folder via Web File Manager or SFTP, then restart your server.
• Live Player & Inventory Management: Open the Players tab in Stasis Panel to manage operators, whitelists, gamemodes, and live 36-slot player inventories without typing console commands.

Both Rust and DayZ feature non-interactive automated SteamCMD update checks on restart:

• Game Updates: Whenever Facepunch or Bohemia Interactive publishes an update, simply restart your server in Stasis Panel. The boot script pulls the newest client/server build automatically.
• Scheduled Wipes: Use the Schedules tab in Stasis to create cron triggers that delete map save files on force wipe Thursdays or weekly intervals.
• DayZ Modding: Upload workshop mod folders prefixed with @ (e.g. @CF, @Community-Framework) and place the accompanying .bikey files into the /keys directory.

• Official Discord Server: Join our active community at dsc.gg/commandhost. Staff support hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST. Outside of those hours, community members and peer server hosts are frequently active.
• Client Support Tickets: If you have an inquiry regarding billing, cancellations, or node assignments, you can open a private ticket through the Support Tickets section in your client dashboard.

Yes! You can scale your server's RAM, SSD storage tier, or extra backup slots at any time directly through your client area, or dynamically boost resources using CommandPlus.

Plan upgrades are billed on a prorated basis and apply immediately to your active server in Stasis Panel without requiring a reinstall.
