For plans that mention "unlimited" storage, we may allow additional allocation beyond 90GB, subject to eligibility criteria.

Set limits: All hosting plans come with defined resource limits based on the features included. These limits may be subject to slight variations. For example, a plan that specifies "4GB of RAM" may provide slightly less, such as 3.85GB.

B. Contract and Pricing Policy

Contracts: By activating your account, you agree to accept by our contract terms.

Pricing Policy: Please note that the pricing displayed on our website is subject to change without prior notice. This policy does not necessarily mean that existing customers will experience changes in their billing; the prices listed are primarily reflective of costs for new customers.

Refunds: We only give refunds after 3 days of your server being activated.

2. Service Description

Command Hosting provides multiplayer game servers for BeamMP, Minecraft, and more, including public servers with free mods and private Patreon-supported servers with exclusive paid mods. We aim to provide a fun, fair, and respectful gaming environment for all users.

2.1 Server Availability

We strive to maintain our servers' availability 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Server availability may be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates.
• Unexpected outages, such as power or internet disruptions.
• Technical issues, including hardware or software failures.
• Other factors beyond our control, such as cyberattacks or third-party service failures.

We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions and provide notice of scheduled maintenance when feasible. By using the Services, you acknowledge that occasional downtime may occur, and we are not liable for any inconvenience, losses, or damages resulting from such interruptions.

2.2 Service Modifications

3. User Conduct and Server Rules

To ensure a positive community experience, all users must adhere to the following rules. Violation of these rules may result in warnings, kicks, temporary bans, permanent bans, or other disciplinary actions, at the discretion of Command Gaming staff.

3.1 General Rules

• No Cheating or Hacking: Using exploits, third-party tools, or any methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• No Bullying or Harassment: Respect all users. Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
• No Spam or Offensive Chat: Keep chat civil and appropriate. Spamming, racism, excessive all-caps, or offensive content is prohibited.
• Respect Staff: Server staff have the final authority on rule enforcement. Disrespecting or ignoring staff instructions may result in disciplinary action.
• Appropriate Usernames: Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, or impersonate others, including staff, public figures, or other players.

4. Patreon Subscription and Paid Services

Access to the Private Patreon Server requires an active Patreon subscription to Command Server Hosting. Subscription benefits, such as access to paid mods or exclusive servers, are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for issues related to Patreon payments, account management, or subscription cancellations, which are handled by Patreon. 5. User Content

Users may generate content through the Services, such as chat messages, usernames, or in-game creations (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Command Servers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not:

• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Violate any applicable laws or these Terms.
• Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material.

While we take reasonable measures to prevent mod leaks, we are not responsible for unauthorized distribution of mods by users. Users assume the risk of using mods and agree to comply with the mod policy outlined in Section 3.2.

9.4 False Advertising Disclaimer

Any statements regarding server uptime (e.g., "24/7 availability") or performance are aspirational and not guarantees. As noted in Section 2.1, server availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as power outages, internet disruptions, or technical issues. We strive to provide consistent service but are not liable for interruptions or any resulting losses.

9.5 User Risks

You acknowledge that online gaming involves risks, such as exposure to inappropriate content or interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the actions or conduct of other users.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Command Server Hosting, its affiliates, and its staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Suppose the dispute cannot be resolved informally. A single arbitrator shall conduct the arbitration, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear its own costs, except as otherwise determined by the arbitrator. You waive the right to participate in class actions or collective arbitration.
